Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships and loyalty in your community.

The role emphasizes hands-on tax work, in-person customer service, and proactive local marketing with a focus on growing your client base and delivering superior experiences.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses or permits as needed.
• 3+ years of paid prep of 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite 20+ hours per week, Sundays-Saturdays.
• Ability to build local social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Assist with tax planning using government resources for accuracy.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build trust.
• Represent TurboTax locally and grow your client base.
