Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This onsite role blends tax expertise with community engagement and entrepreneurship to grow a local client base.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, building long-term client relationships and delivering a premier customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by law.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• 3+ years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must reside in the United States and obtain state licenses as needed.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice at a TurboTax location.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain professional demeanor.
• Assist with local marketing and outreach activities.
