Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax - Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert advisory services.

You will connect clients with a broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while growing the local customer base and delivering exceptional service. This role emphasizes hands-on tax work, community engagement, and a personal approach to guiding clients through complex scenarios, including business income and investments,

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training by Intuit.
• Must be onsite, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week, with peak periods increasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
