Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will serve in-person customers, provide full-service tax return preparation, and offer tax advice using TurboTax software.

You’ll grow the local client base, foster long-term relationships, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing efforts to build community prosperity. This role emphasizes customer service and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, weekends included.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
