Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide tax preparation services, expert advice, and software support while fostering local client relationships.

This role is on-site, non-exempt, and involves community engagement and local marketing efforts to expand the client base. Must reside in the United States and possess relevant tax licenses.

Qualifications

• Active tax license (EA/CPA or attorney) and PTIN required.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state license requirements.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing and community outreach to grow client base.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and build long-term relationships.
