Intuit seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships.

You will engage customers in-person, explain tax concepts in everyday language, and participate in local marketing efforts to expand TurboTax reach and community impact.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filed.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build relationships.
• Assist clients with tax planning and questions beyond filing.
