Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support directly to customers in-person, building relationships and growing a local client base.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
