Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation and advisory support for personal and business scenarios, while collaborating with a broader team of specialists.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing and able to complete all required training and development as determined by the business including, but not limited to, compliance training, proficiency-based up-skilling, cross-training of other products or offerings, and professional development.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit provided uniforms. Must be willing to use your name, picture for advertising on goggle.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community in accordance with Intuit’s policies.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations and planning.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem: connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build Relationships: develop long-term trust and repeat business with clients.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional service and client satisfaction across in-person and virtual interactions.
