Intuit is seeking experienced TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations in the United States, delivering tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized client service. You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and connect clients to Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

This is a hands-on, customer‑facing role with strong opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to complete training and development as determined by the business, including compliance, upskilling, cross-training, and professional development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax content.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow and manage a local client base through outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) to address their needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
