Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks motivated individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide on-site tax preparation, advice, and software support, while connecting clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services for year-round guidance.

You will build local relationships, drive growth, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through in-person and virtual interactions, with a focus on comprehensive financial solutions.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialists across Intuit ecosystem to deliver end-to-end services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and address tax-related inquiries.
