Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships within the community.

You will be a trusted advisor, explaining tax options in clear language, leveraging TurboTax tools, and supporting marketing efforts to expand Turbotax’s presence locally.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence; content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
