Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking talented TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and customer support to help clients maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.

You’ll build relationships in the local community, attract new clients, and leverage marketing resources to grow your TurboTax business while delivering excellent customer service in-store.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Complete tax returns from simple to complex scenarios with accuracy.
• Assist clients in deductions, planning, and tax questions.
• Engage with community, grow local client base, and drive loyalty.
