Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to serve clients onsite across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, complete returns, and connect clients with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

You’ll grow your local client base, participate in community events, and leverage marketing tools to build relationships. The role requires on-site presence and a customer‑first mindset to empower clients financially.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Develop local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships to grow TurboTax presence.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships through trust and personalized service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professional and clear communication.
