Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will build relationships, grow the client base, and connect clients to Intuit’s full ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Expect to engage with customers in-person and via Intuit tools to deliver end-to-end service. You must be onsite, bring tax credentials, and be prepared to work hybrid hours as needed.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid returns (30+) per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• onsite at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma).
• Deliver excellent customer experience in person and via video tools.
