Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person customers and providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support.

You will grow TurboTax’s client base in the local community, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships with customers, while leveraging marketing support and tools to create a thriving business at your location.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax‑related content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and helping clients achieve financial goals.
