Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, offer tax advice, and support customers using TurboTax products while building local relationships.

This non-exempt, onsite role emphasizes customer service, community engagement, and a strong knowledge of tax law. You’ll collaborate with TurboTax marketing and rely on Intuit resources to grow your client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess state licenses, certificates, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• On-site at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours per week; weekends may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Complete tax returns and explain deductions to clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base via community outreach and referrals.
• Participate in local marketing and establish long-term client relationships.
• Utilize Intuit tools to deliver accurate, customer-friendly tax solutions.
