Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support customers in-person using TurboTax products.

You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and build lasting client relationships while leveraging marketing support and tools to grow your TurboTax business and reputation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships in the community.
