Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support clients in-person using TurboTax products.

You will engage with the local community, grow the TurboTax client base, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing Intuit in marketing efforts. This role is non-exempt and requires onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Engage with the local community to attract and retain clients and grow TurboTax presence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist clients in-person using TurboTax products.
