Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support to customers in person.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, establish lasting relationships, and deliver exceptional service while leveraging marketing support and TurboTax tools in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred; strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, including Sundays.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism, empathy, and personalized support.
