This role emphasizes delivering expert tax advice, managing diverse tax situations, and creating a best-in-class customer experience while building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
