Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and advice, serve as a local ambassador, and grow a client base in collaboration with marketing support.

You’ll work in a front-facing retail environment, delivering personalized tax solutions and building long-term relationships with clients while supporting Intuit’s mission of powering prosperity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail experience.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging prospects and converting them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex cases.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience, guiding clients toward financial goals and building long-term relationships.
