Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, building local relationships and growing the client base with marketing support.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping clients maximize refunds, optimize deductions, and plan for future tax needs while delivering a best-in-class in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
