Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, acting as a trusted advisor in a dynamic retail environment. You will grow TurboTax’s client base in local communities, leveraging marketing support and software to build a thriving, compliant practice that benefits you and the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
• Willing to work Sunday through Saturday, at least 20 hours per week, onsite.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and converting them to long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine customer care, building long-term relationships.
