Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes community engagement, proactive marketing, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through community outreach and marketing support.
• Deliver excellent customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools, building long-term relationships.
