Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor in your community. You will grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with customers, and participate in marketing efforts while delivering high-quality service and maintaining compliance with tax rules.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and optimize refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experiences and contribute to local marketing and client acquisition efforts.
• Engage with the community to grow TurboTax client base and build lasting relationships.
