Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and support customers in a retail setting.

You will grow the local client base, participate in marketing efforts, and deliver exceptional service while complying with Intuit policies. 20+ hours/week in a front-facing retail role with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax law knowledge.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and provide planning advice.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person, building trust and long-term relationships.
