Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing your local client base and community presence.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, professional tax credentials, and compliance with Intuit policies. A front-facing retail environment and uniform are required, with opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
