Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local TurboTax market.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist in local marketing and outreach to grow the TurboTax client base.
