Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will apply tax expertise to complete returns, offer tax advice, and help customers navigate their tax needs in a friendly, local setting.

As a trusted advisor, you will grow TurboTax’s client base in the community, collaborate with marketing support, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while working a minimum of 20 hours per week in a front-facing retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as needed.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front facing retail environment experience welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver personalized tax solutions in clear, everyday language.
• Grow TurboTax client base within the local community and participate in local marketing.
