Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will serve in-person customers, delivering full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support while representing TurboTax in the local community.

You will engage with prospects, nurture relationships, and contribute to growing TurboTax’s client base with support from marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• Experience providing tax-related advice and customer service.
• Ability to explain tax concepts clearly to individuals.

Responsibilities
