Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. Responsibilities include hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers.

You’ll help grow TurboTax's local client base, engage with the community, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while working at a TurboTax location in the United States.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, if needed.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice to customers at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations.
• Perform tax calculations, use software to prepare returns, and explain results to clients.
• Develop local client base, build relationships, and participate in local marketing activities.
