Job summary

Intuit in Illinois is hiring TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base through community engagement and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses required

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
