Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will perform full service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software products while building local client relationships. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, weekends possible.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan tax outcomes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and TurboTax tools.
