Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will deliver tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships within your local community.

This on-site, non-exempt role requires at least 20 hours per week, weekend availability, and wearing a TurboTax uniform. You will leverage marketing support to grow your client base in your territory.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Comfortable working onsite at TurboTax locations, weekends, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Build long-term client relationships and participate in local marketing efforts.
