Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers at on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands‑on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building a local client base and community presence. You’ll work in a front‑facing retail environment, often Sunday through Saturday, with at least 20 hours per week, and possibly more during peak periods.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future tax needs.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients reach financial goals.
• Build long-term relationships by connecting with clients and expanding the client base through in-person and video interactions.
