Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in Illinois. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to help clients navigate their returns while representing the TurboTax brand in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging prospects and converting them into clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help grow the local TurboTax client base.
