Intuit, Inc. seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers.

You’ll grow the local client base, build long-term relationships, and drive loyalty through community engagement and collaboration with TurboTax marketing resources. This role is non-exempt and onsite, with hourly pay and part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday, at least 20 hours per week.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base and referrals through community outreach.
• Represent TurboTax and deliver exceptional customer service in-store.
