Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with community members to grow the client base and loyalty.

The role emphasizes customer service, local marketing activities, and a strong understanding of tax laws. The position is non-exempt, on-site, and part-time (minimum 20 hours/week with varying schedules).

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be on-site at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation services and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax in local community marketing and outreach efforts.
