Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in California, delivering tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers. You’ll grow the local client base, establish relationships, and contribute to marketing efforts within the community.

The role is non-exempt with on-site duties, requiring 20+ hours per week, including weekends, and a focus on delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours weekly, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and build long-term client relationships in a front-facing retail setting.
