Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and year-round client support at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will prepare returns, offer expert tax guidance, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services; training provided.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office, Mon-Fri, 20+ hours/week; training and compliance requirements.
• Uniforms provided and potential advertising use of your name/photo.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Lead local growth by outreach, partnerships, and community events with marketing support.
• Match clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in-person and via video tools.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships to build loyalty and referrals.
