Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base with a personal, friendly approach.

You will engage with the community, handle a range of tax scenarios, and use TurboTax tools to deliver accurate, clear guidance and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain related state licenses.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Use government sites, tools and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
