Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will assist customers with tax return preparation, advice, and software support, delivering a personal, trusted service in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN to file taxes, state licenses as required, 3+ years of returns.
• On-site work at TurboTax locations, 20+ hours/week, retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Build long-term client relationships and participate in local marketing.
