Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail/Flagship locations nationwide. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers and growing the local client base.

Role involves in-person service, building long-term relationships, and collaborating with TurboTax marketing. It requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required or preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain relevant state licenses/certificates/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (30+ returns/season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax standards.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and trust.
• Interact with customers on-site and via Intuit video tools, addressing inquiries and challenges.
