You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to in-person customers, while building a local client base and fostering trust in the community.

The role emphasizes community outreach, marketing collaboration, and a customer-centric experience. On-site work is required, with potential for growth in peak periods and flexible hours

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full tax returns on-site for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Provide tax advice, calculations, and software/product support using TurboTax tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through community engagement and marketing support.
