Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

In this role you will provide in-person tax preparation and advice, helping customers navigate complex returns while representing the TurboTax brand. You will grow the local client base, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to extend TurboTax's reach in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers, from simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Use government sites, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine care for clients’ financial goals.
