Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software usage while engaging with local customers to grow the client base and community presence.

Role requires on-site work, strong tax knowledge, and ability to build long-term client relationships. Compensation in California ranges from $32.50 to $36.00 per hour with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite availability Sunday–Saturday, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to build a local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
