Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, serving customers in person with tax expertise and software support.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver hands-on tax return preparation, advice, and calculations while building trust with the community. Must reside in the United States and be available to work a minimum 20 hours per week; California pay range is $32.50–$36.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active licence required to file taxes (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• PTIN active as required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax prep standards.
• Ability to file 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in clear, everyday language.
