Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering hands-on tax advice, full return preparation, and software support to customers.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base, build long-term relationships, and represent TurboTax in the community with a flexible schedule (minimum 20 hours weekly). Base pay California range $32.50-$36.00 per hour, plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence, creating tax content per policy.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
