Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building relationships within your local community.

Role emphasizes customer service, local outreach, and leveraging marketing resources to grow the client base. Must reside in the United States and be able to work at least 20 hours per week, weekends included.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist clients with tax planning and maximize refunds.
• Engage with local community and grow TurboTax presence at your location.
