Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.
• Minimum one year of administrative/coordination experience preferred.
• Deadline-driven workflows experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client intake contact for assigned team members.
• Coordinate client communication, document collection and secure delivery.
• Monitor engagement timelines and flag at-risk deliverables.
• Support signature tracking, document follow-ups and engagement letters.
• Maintain professional client experience from first contact to delivery.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for tax professionals.
• Support meeting follow-up and action-item tracking.
• Assist with billing coordination and reporting.
• Support department-wide strategic initiatives with initiative leads.
• Mentor interns and coordinate intern projects during busy seasons.
• Provide backup for other Tax Practice Coordinator duties.
• Prepare tax notice responses and simple Form 1040 returns as assigned.
